Welcome to ApnaMap. By accessing or using the ApnaMap app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ApnaMap.

1. About ApnaMap

ApnaMap is a hyperlocal shop and offer discovery platform that helps users find shops, deals, and services in their immediate vicinity. The Service is intended for users in India aged 13 and above.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ApnaMap. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse the Service.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent shop or offer information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Vendor and Shop Listings

Vendors who list their shops or offers on ApnaMap are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and availability of offers. ApnaMap does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor-submitted information and is not liable for any transactions between users and vendors.

Vendors must comply with the Vendor & Seller Terms which form part of this agreement.

5A. Marketplace Orders & Payments

ApnaMap operates as an intermediary marketplace enabling customers to order products from local vendors. By placing an order:

• You enter into a direct contract with the vendor for the purchase of goods. ApnaMap facilitates but is not a party to that transaction.
• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered by the vendor. COD orders are subject to the vendor's acceptance.
• Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Delivery timelines and charges are set by individual vendors and displayed at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Location Services

ApnaMap requests access to your device's location to show you nearby shops and offers. Location access is optional — you may deny it at any time via your device settings. Certain features will not function without location access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ApnaMap — including the logo, design, code, and original text — is owned by ApnaMap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Shop names, logos, and offer content submitted by vendors remain the property of the respective vendors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApnaMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on vendor listings or offer information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ApnaMap after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
